Funchester.com is a project of Printz Media and Springboard Inventive, based in Winchester, VA.

For those of us who "grew up around here," our community earned this nickname for it's apparent lack of things to do. Here's the thing... there really ARE lots of fun, enriching, exciting, multi-cultural, beautiful and relaxing events, landmarks, night spots. We've just never had one central place to find them.

Did we metion there are NO LOGINS REQUIRED! You can access all of the information you want and need on this site without passwords, email confirmation, and that extra step of logging in every time you visit. 

Funchester.com is your site as much as it is ours; we're open to your comments, suggestions for content, and requests.

If you're a band, be sure to submit your gigs on the live music calendar! If you're promoting an event, be sure to submit it!

Giving our time and energy back to our neighbors, classmates, and fellow community members is of utmost importance to us. We are proud to partner with non-profits and charities to advance their efforts and provide suggestions and options for you, the visitor, to contribute to their cause.
